"Kleargear.com is a group of heartless thieves. They will steal customers' money and then fine them and wreck their credit reports if the customer post negative online reviews about them. I don't think they'll be around much longer but DO NOT BUY from them. Customer service is non-existent and they do not take phone calls. They're terrible.

I ended up losing money for for items that KlearGear never shipped. After 3 months of trying to contact via email, help tickets, phone calls and certified letter (all without any responses) I finally ended up contacting the BBB to help. Soon after I received a generic form-email (from a KlearGear do-not-reply email address) advising my order had been canceled and my money would be refunded.
To this day I have never receive another response from KlearGear nor my money back despite more attempts by the BB and myself. The BBB ended up closing the issue as unresponsive/unsolved.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY NO MATTER WHAT. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS POSTED HERE. They shipped a defective product, accepted the return, promised a replacement, when I never received it, they said they would issue refund immediately.
Needless to say, 4 months, 10 e-mails, useless phone calls & 1 complaint to the local BBB, and I still have not received my money. This company blatantly steals your money and then ignores you.
KlearGear.com is rated F with the BBB. Beyond that there is nothing much they can do. I am purusing alternative federal actions and will be developing a website with the sole focus of posting this complaints & driving up SEOs to compete with their site. "
