"I placed an order on Sep 22 and have been unsuccessfully trying to get a status update on my order since Oct 2nd. I have tried using their order status page on their website but keep getting messages that information is not available on my order. I've also tried calling their number, but keep getting a message that "all customer representatives are busy" after navigating through their automated system."
