"Fulfilled order 2 1/2 months after item promised! Emails, phone calls left unanswered! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! "
"My item was pre-ordered in July for an August release. We never received any communication or the item. I attempted to contact by email and was sent an automated response. I tried calling during the limited customer service hours with no luck. Then out of the blue I get a message in December saying my item is available and will ship! "

"After months of trying to get ahold of them by email and phone (had questions regarding the product), I finally made an big enough stink to get a response. It took 6 months and they were rude. They sent out my statue and wrote a nasty email stating that I should wait to complain before I call them a scam company. Well, 6 months of trying to contact a company that takes your money and ignores you comes off as a scam. Especially, reading other customer reviews of them doing the same thing to them. Fortunately, I received my product within a day of shipping. If they simply respond to emails or calls, they would resolve so many problems. I'm extremely happy with my product but I never want to deal with them again. Too much of a headache. "

"No customer service. I've called at least 50 times in past 3 months and have only been answered once to be given no straight answer. I still can't get in touch with them through Facebook, email, or phone. It was a preorder set to release in Oct/Nov. No email updates or what so ever. Warning please avoid this place!!!! It's already late December and I ordered since May."
