"One after another, three of four items in my order mysteriously went "back-ordered". My order is *still* not complete and while I wait for the third item I am afraid it may happen for the fourth. It's almost as if they don't fulfill any of the order unless it can be filled completely so I could well be going around in circles here for who knows how long.
*NONE* of these items was showing out-of-stock when I placed the order. Responses to my emails haven't exactly been timely but maybe they are busy so I can't find fault with that. Their own FAQ indicates that I am entitled to an accurate estimate of the availability of back-ordered items but the one and only response I've had on that I had to pry out of them (with a threat of cancelling the order) and it proved to be inaccurate anyway.
Nice website but doesn't mean squat if they can't fulfill orders or be honest about availability of product.
Disappointed, and a waste of time. I just may go through with cancelling the order depending on their next response to me. I wonder now how *that* will go?

Very mysteriously after the above posting I got an email from KG saying they were going to refund a couple of the cheaper items in my order, bump me up to express shipping and would throw in a free gift, shipping all but the one item that was not in stock. Said the remaining item would ship to me when they finally had stock. I told them I appreciated the gesture and everything except the out-of-stock item was delivered as promised. Great progress!!!
Here we are, Dec 22, more than a month now since the order placed and while their website shows they have stock of the outstanding item, I've not heard anything from them at all about it. Since I practically forgot about it myself and was not checking daily I have to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they only got stock on it very recently, but who really knows? I've emailed them to ask when I can expect it to be shipped. Crazy.
Have updated the Customer Service rating because they followed through with the partial order as promised but I should have been notified immediately when the outstanding item was back in stock!
