Bottom Line: Seems to be a good, reputable company that stands by the products they sell and takes care of their customers.

Experience: There were some problems with the quality of the product shipped to me (although the quality issue is more reflective of the manufacturer, not of Kick gaming - everything was new and in good shape), but Kick Gaming stood behind the product the whole way. They even reimbursed shipping charges (willingly) for the two exchanges.

I was a little worried about the lack of a contact phone number, but they responded to emails within a day and were very honest and easy to deal with, so even with the problems I had with the product I bought, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Kick Gaming again, and have recommended them to my friends."

"I found that kickgaming.com has good prices and actually sells the material for pretty close to what it is worth, maybe for a little less or a little more, so they don't rip you off like some other sites do. 3-6 business days at the least is pretty good for shipping too, as sometimes companies will be too busy or just don't care enough to deal with your order right away. I only have one small complaint; the view/modify link beside the checkout button blends in too much with the light gray background. I am 14 years old and had to have my mom do the order over the phone, and because her eyesight wasn't as good as mine, the white blended with the gray, and she kept telling me there wasn't such a thing on the page. Something like a bold red or blue would make it easier. Overall I would rate this site 4 1/2 stars."
