"On Sept 9, 2014, my mother took her car to this location for four new tires after I made the reservation online and paid for the service. She waited an hour and then asked if the car was ready. The guy at the counter continued to say it wasn't ready for another hour without actually going back to check. It turns out that it had been ready when my mother first inquired about it. She became understandably irritated. Instead of apologizing and correcting the situation, the store personnel asked her not to return to the store. Of course this was after we spent $550. This was a very poor experience and makes me rethink the many times I have recommended Kauffman to others.
