Everything was good- quick to assist at end of day appointment etc., except that the tire technician was not very careful with my aluminum rims on my Grand Cherokee when mounting the tires and put a big nick in one rim and and the others have big back marks which do not rub off - looks like it rubbed hard on steel - which I cannot wipe off.
How do I know this wasn't already there?, I am very particular about rims and tires - I inspected them immediately when I got home. I also noted they balanced them with used weights mounted on the outside surface of the rims and not on inside as factory. "
