"I ordered a pair of socks and a shirt from Karmaloop. The shirt came directly from a seller. The socks came directly from Karmaloop. Ordered the items together on 5/13/17. I received confirmation of the order. A day or two later, I received tracking information on the shirt. It arrived later that week. In the meantime, it took 9 DAYS for them to process a pair of SOCKS. At this point, it is 5/22/17 when I received the tracking information for this package. The shipping is about 4 to 7 days. For some reason, they shipped via DHL, which seems odd to begin with. They predicted the package to arrive on 5/26/17. Today is that day. Take a wild guess what didn't come.
Avoid Karmaloop. I am only ordering directly through vendors from them, if at all. This has been a ridiculous experience. Karmaloop should seriously shape up their logistics and expedite their processing. With the way things move in this day and age, you will fall behind your competitors if you can't meet the demand with the here-and-now generation. There is no way that the process cannot be changed in order to speed things up for the customer. Until then, you won't be getting my business.
Update 5/27/17: The tracking has not updated since 5/25/17. It just says that it was "tendered to delivery service provider." The issue with that is when I click on the USPS tracking number, it says that it is on the way to USPS. Surprise, surprise. No package delivered today. I have a feeling I won't be getting my package at all. I will continue to update this review with new information.
Update 5/28/17: Tracking information just updated. Now the package is projected to be delivered 5/30/17. What makes this even funnier? I ordered a package from China a few days after this purchase from a small seller and it is going to arrive the same day as this package. So for those not following that closely, a package that has traveled across the Pacific from Hong Kong will arrive sooner than a package being shipped domestically. The package from China was not only shipped faster, but also did not take as long to process. This is laughable. Karmaloop is laughable. Rethink your logistics strategy.
Update 5/29/17: According to USPS Tracking, the package is "in transit to destination." Not fully sure if the package is coming a day early or will arrive on the predicted time tomorrow. Either way, this is turning into a competition of which package will arrive first: my package direct from China or my package from Karmaloop. This is a much closer competition than it should be.
