"This was my first time ever ordering from Karmaloop so I did not know what to expect, shipping took almost 2 weeks and once I received my shirts they had a horrible sour smell to them. The actual shirts I ordered were tees from Dimpiece LA, they were cute but the sizing was tight(a large felt like a small) and after the second wash there was a huge hole in the shirt that goes to show how thin the material was... for $30+ for a tee I felt like they should of atleast put a little more effort into the quality of their clothing. "
"Wasn't sure about ordering from here after I got scammed in 2014 during their whole bankruptcy. But I saw an Item I was looking for that wasn't on the brands site. Ordered it and got delivered. Seems to me that KL is functioning again and can be trusted."
"I've been shopping with Karmaloop since 2012 but they've gone downhill lately. When they hadn't shipped my order after 2 weeks I contacted them to ask about it and had to send several emails before I got a response. Their response was for me to cancel my order and reorder. Before I could decide they cancelled my order for me without asking.
After I reordered I realized that they only partially refunded me. While I was sending several emails trying to figure out why I was only partially refunded, they then cancelled my reorder and only partially refunded me AGAIN. So they took my money for 3 weeks and then basically stole money from my orders TWICE with no explanation. It got so bad I had to contact PayPal to intervene. I'm never ordering from Karmaloop again."
"Customer service is the worst. I ordered a $70 Pink Dolphin Hoodie in 2XL and it arrived it fit like a Medium. Paid another 20 dollars to ship it back and was told to ask for store credit. they credited me 70 dollars store credit so I added a $55 hoodie to my cart and wanted to use the other $15 towards the shipping of the new hoodie . They said NO WE CANT DO THIS, I have to pay more for shipping the new item after I already spent more than $40 in shipping ALONE !

"My experience with this company was in 2012. However, it was such a negative experience that I still remember it and I am still without that beautiful jacket that I could've had. I had ordered a patagonia jacket on their website for 30% off. the next day I noticed that the website had updated the sale to 40% off. I contacted customer service asking if I can get this updated on my purchase price and they refused! They told me that because my order had already shipped, they can no longer adjust the price. That makes no sense as on their website at the time, they even advertised their policy stating the best price guarantee for 2 weeks after purchase. So after this I just gave up and thought oh well, I just want my jacket. The next day, i receive an email stating that my order had been cancelled because they were out of stock. So customer service lied!!! They never did ship it out so their previous argument was complete bs!!! what a joke this company is."

"This is the 3rd time i have ordered from karmaloop and this is the 3rd time they messed my order up. The first time 2 of my shirts just never arrived so i was arguing with customer service for almost 2 weeks, every email they would wait a day or 2 to respond. They refused to give me a refund or even resend those shirts so i had store credit. The 2nd time i ordered from karmaloop i used that store credit and bought some more clothes and after i already purchased it, i got an email saying things were on back order and i had to get more store credit.
So now friday 9/29/17 i ordered more clothes and had to use this store credit again and low and behold they messed my order up. One of the shirts came in a large, i am a small, and one never got shipped. Its been 9 days and its still processing? Im calling BS. i dont want more store credit. "
