"Placed on order on 4/13 was told item was available to ship. After a week I asked for the tracking numbers and was told they would get them and send them to me. I was out of the office for a week and when I got back the switch was not delivered. Called several times and only got to voice mail was never able to talk to a live person. As of 4/30 no switch, no tracking numbers, to response to voice mail left on the customer service line. Don't do business with KVMs.com if you need the equipment in less than a month. Customer support is non-existent. I would rate this company as very very poor to do business with."
"Card charged. Told 3 times in chat that item was available and would ship as soon as they got it. Just found out today that order is cancelled. They sent me absolutely no notice of cancellation after stringing me along for a month and a half of waiting."
"I had the same experience as the other customer...credit card was charged immediately but order was never acknowledged, items were never received after two months, NO ONE answers the phone or responds to faxes or live chat...STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. "I cannot review the switch I ordered since I have not received it. My card was charged very promptly' although I have yet to get any sort of confirmation that the order was received or shipped or anything. 4 times after being on hold forever, I left voice messages which have not been returned. Thankfully they only got me for $51, but they will never get another order from me."
"I would give this company zero stars if possible. The only reason I am writing this review is so that it shows up in searches above the company's website. I ordered a switch online, they charged my card, and weeks later, I have yet to receive it. Calls to the company have remained unanswered, with just being kept on-hold forever. Online chat windows get the same response. When I did finally get someone, he was frantic and said he would update the order with tracking information. That was a week ago. DO NOT USE KVMS "
"Ordered over $1000 worth of KVMs and cables. Order placed 7-2-2012 and paid $70 for 3 day shipping. Items shipped on 7-9-2012. Contacted the company and they said they were closed 7-3-2012 until 7-9-2012 so it shipped "on time" I said if the website had indicated a closure I could understand, but warn customers when you will be closed for a week and not ship items so they can decide whether or not to spend the extra money on expedited shipping."

"I ordered a KVM switch which showed in stock on 9/24, after several exchanges where i was promised it will ship, their stock never materialized. First excuse was it they sold out that day, second excuse the truck was late, then last straw was we will ship my monday. It monday 10/5 my order has been canceled and I am waiting for the money to be refunded. They misrepresent whats in stock, and charge the credit card before shipping. They have my money and I dont have a product, now I wait for my money to be refunded. "
"I ordered a 4 port KVM switch with the free ground shipping. After waiting a week for the thing to show up, I called and got some guy named David who said UPS "lost the package" and he would send another. After another 5 days of waiting, no kvm switch. I called back and David said the warehouse made a mistake and he would ship out another one. I told him to cancel my order. This company to totally inept at shipping kvm switches. Don't waste your time with them."
"KVMS is a non responsive company once problems are noted. There were parts missing from a KVM switch that I purchased and they gave me a thorough run around and never sent the parts that were missing and disregarded the Better Business Bureau when I finally complained to them. Furthermore, the switch I purchased is still being sold and the description of its functionality is misrepresented. "
"I ordered a 2 port KVM switch yesterday with free shipping as as mentioned on their website and my order was taken without shipping charges. Today,David from the company calls and informs that the there is $6-45 shipping charges for orders below $25-00 and asks me to authorise, which I refused as I did not want to deal with people who advertise to draw customers and charge after the fact. Please refer to their advertisement in amazon market place which claims free shipping on all orders, does not mention above $25 !!!"

"I ordered a BayTech RPC-27 power strip from them. It took 2 weeks to ship the "in stock" item and in that 2 weeks, it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond to emails. Phone calls always go to voice mail with no return calls. I finally got the order and it was the wrong item. In the process of getting an RMA # to return it but I'm sure this will be a painful process. I called BayTech, the company that makes the unit I ordered, and they told me to use another company because they've had trouble and have had lots of complaints with KVMs.com as well.
"I purchased a IOGEAR Mini III USB KVM for these people. On the website it states that all orders over $50.00 gets free shipping, the price of the KVM was $149.00 (it qualifies), the receipt states $149.00, my credit card gets billed $160.00 with no explanation. I have problems with the KVM and can't get a hold of anyone to return the product even after 5 e-mails and about 6 phone calls where I could only leave a message. They promise to "return your call within 30 minutes" but never do.
I would avoid this company like the plague unless you thrive on terrible customer service and getting ripped off."
