"I was wary at first, to be honest. I had seen this site recommended on youtube by someone and had to check it out because you could get camera equipment at a cheaper price. So I decided to try.
The site looked good, it was easy to navigate, and I like that you get to choose what condition you'd like the product.
I eventually ordered a 50-230mm FujiFilm lens and I'm so HAPPY!
I was quite worried since I ordered internationally (I'm in Bermuda) but I called KEH.com just to confirm that it could be shipped here (the person I talked to was very nice and helpful) and it came at the time that it said it would.
I ordered it and it came a week later.
The lens was packaged nicely and it came just as it was descrcibed.

"The quote you get "on line" is the "bait" when you send your equipment in, you get a very different quote. As you might expect, they want you to give them your stuff for free.... I pushed back a little and got an additional 20 bucks per item. I let them have some items and others I had shipped back. They lost a couple items and some items did not come back as they were sent. This was better than eBay but MPB had very different quotes for my items. Another bait n switch scheme?? Some better n some way low... compared to selling on eBay, MPB n KEH I went with the no hassle option... as you would expect you take a bath on what your equipment is actually worth... didn't expect the issues tho w lost and or damaged items...."

"I never buy used electronics nor camera equipment so I was very hesitant on this purchase. However, due to the savings and rating system I took a chance and it was worth it. I bought a LN- rated camera and lens and I honestly couldn't even tell why it had a "LN-" rating. The products were as if I took them out of a brand new box and I saved a bunch of money.

The only minor issue was I discovered a dust particle on the sensor that I was able to easily blow out with a hand puffer. Otherwise the equipment was better than advertised and works perfectly.
