"I placed 2 orders a week apart - one on Dec 2 and one on Dec 7. In both cases the money was withdrawn from my account within 2 days. I have not received either order and have not heard back from the e-mails I sent. NO ONE ever answers the phone and the it says that a message can not be left. It is one week before Christmas and I can not reach anyone. I am out over $300. That is NOT a DEAL!! "

"I ordered a couple zeepads from Just deals, Hadn't heard anything from them at all. I searched around and saw that a guy named Richard was the one who seams to get things done around there so I called up justdeals and put in his extension. I was surprised when he said he wasnt the guy to talk to but said he would try to help. He got me an update and told me that all the zee pads should be getting shipped out on tuesday and that he will hand deliver my order number to customer service. I told him I wont write his extension on my review since he is not the one to talk to, he said please don't and told me he is just the "Lowly Vice President". So all in all, I think it is awesome for someone so high up in the company could take the time and help me. "

"Cheap prices and great deals but I will NEVER order from this company again and if I'm not responded to soon I will let the entire internet know they shouldn't either. I have sent 3 e-mails in a two week time with no response and I have called EVERY single day this week. I was able to leave at least one message which wasn't returned (of course). I ordered a tablet on Cyber Monday and the only thing I have asked is to let me know if it will be here on time before Christmas. If it continues in to Friday I will have to have a claim with my card company to get my money back and order elsewhere. "

"I ordered on Cyber Monday 3 Zeepad 7in android tablets and have sent two emails and also tried to call them. Nobody ever answers and I have also left a voicemail with no call backs. My debit account was charged within moments of the order $177 dollars, yet I have not received anything from them nor an ETA for shipping.

I received an email from them Dec12th with the following.



Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience. This item is scheduled to be shipped no later than tuesday of next week. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

"I placed an order on November 15, which I have yet to receive. However, my credit card was charged almost immediately for the item. I sent them an e-mail 3 days ago, for which I received a ticket number, but I have received no response from a customer service representative. I've tried calling twice today and, like many others have said, I just keep going around in circles through the phone system and no one answers. "

"I got a tablet from them. The shipping was very slow but I expected that from a deals site.

The tablet came DOE the touch screen not working at all.
I shipped it back via their RMA service and the website updated saying it had been replaced I have not received any tracking number and the customer service does not get back to me via email and no one answers my phone calls.

Edit: After not hearing from them I sent them an email telling them I was going to dispute the transaction being that they were ignoring my emails and phone calls.

They got back to me real quick that they had just received my return and they were speaking to the manufacturer to get me a replacement. I emailed the that it was a lie as I had shipped it 2 day shipping a week and a half before. about 30 min later they refunded my purchase. All this took over a month.

"Placed an order 11/20/13 # 100006976 for a sheet set and i still have not received it. I have sent 2 emails and 1 was closed with no response and the other from 12/26/13 ID # XUA-18461 has not been answered. The sheets have shown they are completed for awhile now but no way to track them. Please someone get me a tracking number and you will never hear from me again."

"This is my first experience using just deals. I purchased a dash cam for $35 with free shipping. The normal price on other sites is over $100 (An awesome price for a refurb which it stated refurbished in the description.) I purchased this item on 11/06/13 and received a shipping email with tracking number on 11/14/13 (Within their 7-10 business day shipping policy) I just received my package today7/20/13. I opened the package and it looked brand new! I tried it out and it works as it's supposed to. I was honestly skeptical about them because of all the negative reviews. Everything went smooth, tracking number was real and item was as specified. I understand their shipping policy saying it will be shipped out within 7-10 days. So if you're not in a hurry to get your item, I would recommend them. I will shop again, just not expect amazon shipping speed. Very happy and glad I did business with them. Thank you!"

"I ordered a scanner, couldn't get it to work tried actually several weeks to figure it out. Finally gave up made arrangements to send it back (not an easy task). You need to send an email than wait for a confirmation to ok you to send it back. Than you pay for shipping to send it back, that is not a problem I understand that. However they say they process it within 72 hours of receiving it back. I shipped this scanner back October 21st. How many hours ago was that? Every time I call this place I never get a live person and each time I email I don't get a response. I guess I'm to assume the scanner is in limbo somewhere. I did send them the tracking # and followed the instructions to the point. I probably will not order from here again. To much effort. "

"I ordered an IPOD on 28 October, it is now 5 November and have not recieved anything. I did recieve two emails, but I never got a response. I called customer service, it is a recording that plays the same over and over again. It hasn't been the required 7 to 10 days ofr delivery, but after finding this site on the internet, I would hope they can contact me here and give me an update on my order."

"Ordered an ipod from Just Deals on Oct 28th. Never received a tracking number,no response to three e-mails, the phone contact is a fu****g joke! This is obviously a scum company that does not know how to do business! Will be charging back the money they stole from me and reporting to the NYS AG. DO NOT buy from these thieves!

UPDATE! It is now November 20th and I finally received my iPod! 23 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT! Here's the kicker, they give a 30 day warranty FROM THE DATE OF ORDER! WOW that gives me a 7 DAY WARRANTY! TERRIFIC!!! Let me say it again, THIS PLACE STINKS! Customer service is NON EXISTENT! Save yourself some aggravation and ORDER ELSEWHERE!

"Ordered Laptop on 9/21/13, and as of 10/23/13 I do not have a laptop or even a tracking number that I can verify. They WERE, however, very expiditious in taking the almost $400 from me on 9/23. One email out of 3 were answered. Used their FaceBook page and was told "shipping tomorrow". More false info. I resent a request for confirmation of status and if there is no verifyable reply given, I will file fraud complaints with my credit card company as well as any other agency / website that will listen.

^^UPDATE^^ Now told that they don't even have the product to ship me. State refund will be given... FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.... SCHEME TO DEFRAUD... just yesterday, their "warehouse" was shipping the item.... now, they never had it?? LIES.

"Dont believe all of the negative reviews. I managed to get my Kodak PLAYFULL HD camera within a few days only. I admit, I was worried at first when placing my order because of all of the negative reviews here, but for the price, it was worth trying the site out. I figured if they caused problems, I could always go to paypal or even my credit card.

I ordered my camera on 10/6/2013 and I got it TODAY (10/9/2013). That's only 3 days after ordering! OMG! They shipped it Monday and I can't believe how quickly I got it. I am thrilled that I took a chance on Justdeals because I got a great deal on this camera I had been looking for.

Do your homework before ordering, but don't let every impatient person's review get you down. See for yourself, first.
