"I've sent no less than 15 e-mails to get my password reset after I ordered 2 IPod 1st generations, in hopes of finding some sort of tracking number. No response to days of phone calls where I was never able to get through to anyone and no response to all my e-mails. My packages finally arrived with the wrong items. I ordered 2 Star Master Projector Light - Project on the Walls and Ceiling
Item # OC031 and received and was charged for three. Never received the IPods but was charged for both of those and now my son and husband have no Christmas present. I'm extremely unhappy. You can't answer e-mails from paying customers and don't deliver what was ordered but you can burn up my e-mails with your ads. Thanks for taking my $40.00 at Christmas.

"I continue to wait for a Zeepad tablet that was ordered Dec. 3, 2013. I emailed the company 1 1/2 weeks ago and the reply stated that the item would be shipped by the end of the week and I have still not received a shipped tracking number. I can see that this is a pattern with this company by the reviews that I am reading. I will soon dispute the charge with my credit card company and will get reimbursed unless I can get a legit tracking number and know that the item is on its way.

"I ordered a 10 tablet back in July 0f 2013. It took about a month to get it, then it was defective. It kept rebooting, defaulting back to factory settings and losing all my information. After reloading everything back in it for the 2nd time and losing it again, I contacted justdeals about returning it. I got an RMA and returned it according to their instructions, then got an email in Oct 2013 that I would have my money back on my cc in 7-10 days. That has been almost 3 months ago and I have emailed them repeatedly, filled out trouble tickets on their website, and tried to contact them by phone. (Forget that, you'll simply go in big circles, never get to talk to anyone and never get to leave a message)

If anyone from justdeals reads this, it is RMA No.: RMA0000001586, issued back on 10/17/13 with the following note:
Status: COMPLETED

Remarks: Refund: Your refund is being processed. If you paid with your credit card it takes about ten business days for your bank to release the funds back to you

"I will never order from this site again. No one answers the phone, no replies to emails, no replies to the ticket. I ordered two Zeepads on Dec 6 and never received a shipment link or my products. I highly discourage anyone from ordering from this ripoff site!"

"Ordered two zeepads for my daughters for Christmas on Dec 5th. This was going to be the “big ticket item” for them. Funny how they take my hard earned money and then don’t hear a word out of them. Have tried emailing and calling but with no answer. Got an order # but no tracking # or anything else. This “company” is a scam that only wants your money and does not care about anything else. It’s nice to see that some people only care about their bottom line in the expense of two little girls Christmas. NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! If you do you are only asking for heartache and a major let down. I will NEVER even look at this site again. Worst company of ALL TIME!!! STAY AWAY!!!"

"I Made an order for two Zeepads on December 9th, and nothing, and when I did get a response it was by email stating it can 2-14 days to process and ship. It has been two weeks and they took my money and my items are still staying processing. WTH man. I ordered these for Christmas. I have left a number of tickets and no response. I will never use this site again. I cant even find a phone number on this site to call and complain and I am out money. This is not cool. Scamm artists . If anyone on here has their phone number please share it so I can try for a refund. What conartist !!

One person is now saying I am on day 11 of the order and the other is saying by email I am on day 10. DO they not realize most people ordered these around cyber week to ensure they would be here by Christmas.
In there site it says they offer expedited shipping but was NEVER offered anything. I didn't even get my first email confirmation until I opened a ticket. I have since opened more tickets wanting an explanation of the intricate details they need to process an order, even after receiving my money... NO response just ignoring me. I am a first time buyer and trusted this site because of our local news station. NEVER again. If I do not receive the items by the promised time they are saying now... I will be fighting for a refund and NEVER order from this company again. I also agree with a prior review about the childish posts they have on FB. Is there any real business that goes on... or do they take money hoping we won't miss it.... just curious.

"I ordered 2 zeepads on December 3rd. It is the 22nd and I still haven't gotten an email about shipment. I paid 147.00 dollars for these 2 zeepads for a 6 year old and a 9 year old . I can't get an answer by phone, and have sent 3 messages to customer service and have not received a response. I don't want to go by more tablets because I have already paid for them. Children aren't going to understand that they didn't come yet."

"I ordered pink Zeepad (I think) for one of my workers on Decemeber 9th. The money was withdrawn from my paypal account on the 10th. I haven't received any tracking information and even sent an email out on December 16th that has yet to be responded. I'm afraid my worker is starting to think I took his money since I don't have his tablet yet!! I have called twice, no answer. I even left a message, no response. Absoloutley horrible customer service. Not worth the price even if its a "great" deal."

"I purchased 3 Zeepads on CyberMonday 12-3-12 for $177.00 hoping to grab a great deal. Their page listed items to arrive in 15 days, just in time for Christmas. My payment was processed promptly and I awaited an email with my transaction number and shipping date. I received nothing. On 12-11-13 I sent a email to them stating... I placed an order on December 3rd, the funds were taken immediately and cleared through my bank. Today is December 11th, Now after I log onto my account it still says "processing". I have heard nothing about my order or a status update. Please contact me regarding this.
They responded the next day, 12-12-13 with..Your order will be shipping out on Tuesday, December 17. We are upgrading your shipping to UPS 3 day, for delivery on Friday, Decemeber 20.

So, I sit and wait...Now today 12-20-13 I got frustrated and replied with,
My dashboard still lists " processing" although I been sent a response from your company that it will be sent out on the 12-17-2013 and delivered by today 12-20-2013. I have yet to receive a tracking number. How can I track my order with out one? Today is the 20th and my order has not been delivered. I expect that once my payment was processed, my items would be sent. This is how all business transactions are handled. I am depending on these items to arrive. Please respond with a answer as to where my order is and how I can track my shipment.
I started looking into these guys later in the day and found their Facebook page is just picture after picture of Lolcats or other silly animal sites. I have to wonder exactly who is running this? A 12 year old? I called the phone number on my initial email and it is just an automated run around response. I will be filing a complaint, asking for a full refund and notifying the Better Business Bureau. This site I believe is a SCAM and should be shut down. I'm am now not only out of $177 so close to the holiday, but out the door to a Real Store to purchase a Real Item. Justdeals Justsucks and is the Grinch who stole Christmas.

"This has been just terrible!! I ordered 4 Zeepad 7" Touch Screen Android 4.2 Tablet, Wi-Fi, 4GB RAM on Cyber Monday - and here it is a week before Christmas and have nothing. I spent over $230 and the payment cleared my bank the next day. I tried to contact these crooks every day this week to find out where my order is. I have never been given a tracking number....my order status is still "Processing".....I opened 2 help tickets and have heard nothing. I tried calling the company and have heard nothing. I am fruious. I even wrote to our TV affiliate who endorsed the deal on this website for Cyber Monday and asked them to help me. I called the company per my charges on my Bank statement.....They have a recording. Upstanding companies do things the right way and conduct business in a reliable and trustworthy way. At this point I just want my money back....but know that is going to be almost impossible, too!! Tomorrow I am going to contact my bank and stop payment if I can and then I am taking this story public - because I have the means and the personnel to help me. Do NOT order from these crooks!!

***Update - 1/2 hour after writing this they called to expedite order. hmmmmmmmm
