"GREAT! We got a couple of these balls for our older kids, and they had a blast. The balls were too big for our poor little 4-year-old, and he felt big time left out. So, we got a bull jumping ball for him, and he has been bouncing all over the yard for weeks. We live on a ranch, so "riding the bull" jumping balls are especially fun. "What an awesome product! We were overjoyed to have found a place that sells jumping balls in adult sizes. After about 2 hours of enjoying the great exercise, my son's jumping ball popped. While communication is slow, with this company, they did send a replacement ball out, once I was able to talk to them. In fact, we received the ball 2 weeks earlier than promised!! Clearly this is a small business, with a HIGH demand for an AWESOME product. I am pleased with the product, and yes, even the customer service. (which can be slow,at times, but they are SUPER friendly folks!!!) I say, buy the product... you won't regret it!!! "I ordered 5 Hoppity Balls as Christmas gifts this season. They arrived in plenty of time and all the kids are really enjoying them! I'm reviewing now though, because one of the balls recently got a small pinhole in it--the child's fault--and when I contacted the company about how to best repair it, I got good advice but best of all, the promise that if the repair didn't work, Daniel had preauthorized a 50% discount on a new ball! I can't imagine what the negative comments are about because JumpingBalls.com has gone above and beyond for me and my grandchildren! Now all the adults in my family want their own Hoppity Balls and I just may have to buy them each one! "I would just like to say that I have not yet received the package to review it. I bought it on the 6th and it is now the 18th. I understand shipping takes time but what I don't understand is why they never seem to be online for their online customer support. Nor do they have a phone number. I wrote them an email for a tracking number and have yet to hear from them. I'm very disappointed with their customer service so far. I'm sure the product is great but I will be giving them a one star for customer service."

"I searched every store for these jumpingballs and finally decided to look online and found this website. I purchased two small balls 18 inch size suitable for 3-6 year olds. If you buy two balls the hand pump is free (great deal). They arrived yesterday, I was so excited. My four year old and her almost five year old cousin had so much fun with these, all my searching paid off. I'll buying more soon for birthday gifts as they are great for exercise and the kids loved them. "
