I just received my balls and mine popped after only a minute of jumping. I looked under where it popped and nothing was there to pop it. It wasn't over inflated and not over weight limit. Disappointed.
Customer service just now got back to me and they are replacing the popped ball. Happy to be getting replacement but still disappointed on how long it took to get a response.

"Ordered from Jumping Balls on 21st February 2012. Despite many requests was not issued with order tracking number or delivery company. Finally on 29th February Jumping Balls cancelled the order - no explanation, no apology. Luckily I paid with Paypal so will get my money back.

"For Christmas, I purchased two balls for my family. One for my daughter, and one for my wife(and me :) ). Sadly the larger ball burst after one month. I was just going to chalk it up to a learning experience. But to my surprise, Jumping Balls said that they would replace the ball I lost. I was not expecting this.
