Anything that is fragile will be thrown at the edge of the road or street---not in the driveway, on the porch, or anywhere close to the house---and broken, if fragile. That was my experience--repeatedly. Horrifying. Otherwise the quality is excellent, the responses with respect to ordering are prompt and professional. This shipment arrangement is, again, most undesirable."
