"I have purchased several things from Joss and Main. The latest was a garden bench for my son and daughter-in-law in another area of TN. We had a terrible snow storm, but J & M walked me right through the purchase, kept on top of the shipping, e-mailed me to let me know the delivery date had changed due to weather, then contacted me when it arrived at their home. They both work so I was able to text them to let them know their gift had arrived. You can't get that kind of service at a local store! During my ordering I had a question and Kari answered the phone. She answered my question, and helped me by taking over the ordering. She treated me like I was the most important customer she ever had. The next day another lady called me to be sure the order was correct and that I had a good experience the day before during the order. How magnificent is that? The day the order arrived I received an email to be sure the order came in good condition. I was offered the opportunity to get a warranty and to have the chance to hire someone to put it together. My son builds shelving for a hobby, so I declined. Joss and Main are so good to their customers, that I checked out one of the companies whose items they sell. The prices for the same items were cheaper at Joss & Main than from the original company. DUH!

"We recently ordered a desk, bed frame, bookshelf and two end tables. The desk came extremely damaged and customer service was excellent and sent a replacement the same day which arrived three days later. The book shelf and end tables are beautiful and half glass and arrived in great condition. Our last purchase, the bed frame arrived with the box missing an entire corner and the tufted headboard shredded on one side. I contacted customer service again and they were very nice and sent out another frame. It’s been ten days and still no signs of shipment which is fairly frustrating. Overall, great quality items for a wonderful price and friendly customer service, but poor shipping methods!"
