Horrible Return Policy - Stay Away

"Being a shoe/apparel company, they should treat customers better when a product doesn't fit. The shoes I purchased were too narrow and it ended up costing me $11 and time to ship them back to the store. I won't be shopping here again."

"(See update at end of review)I ordered a pair the same size as all the other New Balance i've ever worn, and I've ordered from Joe's a few times in the past, but these did NOT fit true to size, so shipped them back for return, and paid UPS ground standard shipping both ways. I ordered a larger size in another shoe and paid EXTRA for faster delivery (3-5 day), and they closed for a holiday unlike all other retailers, and the order was shipped 5 days later(holiday & weekend) so second business day, but the shoe won't be delivered until 6 days after that, 11 days total! I paid EXTRA and got SLOWER shipping! The response from customer service was an insult! it was by email because they never answer the phone!
UPDATE: After emailing the issue to customer service stating that i paid extra for faster shipping when i am going to get them actually slower than the first order and they ripped me off for the extra shipping, they apologized and REFUNDED the ENTIRE Shipping COST! I did not expect this, and the ONLY reason i didn't give them a 5 star is because i still won't get the shoes when i wanted/ordered them, but it shows the DO CARE about their customers!! GOOD JOB JNB!

"Well, I don't know but I ordered 2 times from this store, and both times the shoes were delivered to my house in California in about 7 days. I was able to get the shipping code for $1 dollar shipping also, no problem here, I guess I got lucky!!!! I think maybe they are trying to improve their image, I hope, good luck to you all."

"BEWARE!!########### I placed an order - the shoes were listed as a discounted price. Order was charged. I got an email the next day saying "Order Cancelled" No reason - nothing.

Tried calling them - No one answered. Tried emailing - no one responded to my email.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

"BEWARE. I placed an order and my checking account was debited for the full amount even though only 2 items I ordered shipped. I then got an email saying that 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock and I would never be receiving them. The Joe's NB email guaranteed I would not be charged for any items that had not shipped. They lied. I was charged for the full order, money debited from my account. They are not responding to my emails. I was a good customer but will never shop with them again"

"Ordered NB 801 clog; prompt delivery BUT size nothing like other pairs of New Balance I own. Cost of shoes as ordered totaled $56.91

Returned shoes at my cost of postage just under $8 and awaiting a refund. Total cost now adds up to $64.91

Refund was handled in reasonable time but was I surprised when my credit was for $49.54- basically, I paid shipping both ways!

Cost me $15 + to learn my lesson to never buy from Joe's again. You want New Balance go to a store or deal with stores like LL Bean, Lands End, etc.

"Update: Seller shipped my shoes 2 weeks after my order. They arrived in new condition with no more problems.

I have revised my review and my score. Just know that if there is a problem, support may be dicey. The savings are probably worth it.

Original Review:

I'm a repeat customer, I've ordered many times and I've generally been happy (never impressed or blow away but they were OK) but my current experience is so poor that I could never order again.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes on 7/28. Website says "ships in 1 to 2 days". Guess what... it's now 8/7 and they never shipped. That's over 10 days.

I have called them twice. One customer rep was intelligent but couldn't help me. The other was completely clueless, didn't know what month it was and sounded intoxicated.

The worst part is that the company won't let me cancel the order (even though they never shipped). I guess I'll have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge and have the card cancelled to avoid further charges.

"On 6-24-2014 I received a 2 item order I had placed. This was my first experience with joesnewbalanceoutlet.com and I am definitely pleased with the entire process.
