"I ordered a part over the internet using my vin number, I then received a call from the parts department telling me that the part that I had ordered did not fit the auto I had. They ordered the correct one and had it mailed . I am very pleased with the service and follow up, I will be ordering more parts in the future as the needs arise."

"Unbelievable! I ordered some rear window parts for a 2002 Hyundai. My local dealer had them in-stock, for about $15 more than Jim Ellis, including shipping. So... I figured that I would order them from Jim Ellis to save 15 bucks!

That was 12 days ago, and I still don't have my parts!

Jim Ellis'; website indicated that all parts were IN STOCK! Not true! All lies!

Other Internet retailers can deliver things in less than a week... but NOT Jim Ellis!

After almost 10 days, I called Jim Ellis. They told me that they had just received the rubber spacers which were part of my order, and they would ship them that day. They said that they already had the rubber moulding in stock.

Great news! At least, that's what I thought!

I received the Priority Mail package three days later. Guess what? It ONLY contained the rubber spacers! It didn't contain the most important part of my order... which was the part they said they already had in stock!

Now, I don't have the rubber moulding I need. Jim Ellis only sent me ONE tracking number. They indicated on the telephone that the rubber moulding was in-stock, and that they had "just received" the rubber spacers.

But... I ONLY RECEIVED THE RUBBER SPACERS! No moulding... even though it is the most important part that I need.

I believe that Jim Ellis Hyundai is a bunch of incompetent people... or... they may be total liars. Either way... they've messed up my ability to finish the job on-time.

Definitely NOT worth the 15 dollar savings!

Do not buy. Do not recommend.

I'm a DIYer... and I wouldn't buy from them again. I couldn't IMAGINE being a retail shop who depended on a shoddy place like this! My customers would NEVER COME BACK after delays like this! I want my money back!

NEVER BUY HERE! I NEVER WILL.
