"I ordered mats online for my husband for Father's Day and received the back mats instead of the front that I ordered. I wrote to figure out why, and was told by Mr. Thompson that I in fact did order the back mats, (when I didn't) and if I didn't want them to send them back and they will give me credit. I sent back copy of my order showing that it stated front mats and asked him to correct the problem - Mr. Thompson NEVER responded. After 3 days, I called and spoke with him - he was not good at customer service. He acknowledged a problem with the website, started to give me options, then put me on hold, then gave me contradictory options when he came back to the phone. So I requested a label to return - very unimpressive and disappointed in company customer service!"
