"I purchased a set of pallet knives with various textured edges for $30 for around 8 knives. Compared to other craft stores and online retailers, this price was a steal! Most places I found would charge close to that for a single pallet knife! You’d think that with this sort of deal there would be a compromised quality of the product, but no. The pallet knives had nice, real wood handles, with metal knives that were strong, with just the right amount of flex you’d need for missing colors or scraping out unique textures. And of course the buying process was a breeze, shipped and arrived quickly, no problems there. "I'm a regular customer at Jerry's Artarama. I started buying from Jerry's Artarama back in the early 2010's. They are local to my home state and generally have the best prices on what I'm looking for. So when I make an order I generally get it in 20 days. One time I was ordering paint in bulk and one item was missing. I contacted Jerry's Artaram about the missing product and the next day they shipped it out. There is one gripe that I have when buying from Jerry's Artarama and that is their minimum order amount for free shipping changes occasionally. This is a minor nitpick of mine.
Lately they have been more detailed about the paints they sell. I'm a picky artist and when I buy a color I want it to contain the pigment that matched the name on the tube. My Cadmium Yellow better contain that pigment. I usually avoid pigment mixes when I buy a color I want it to be only one pigment.
Overall I'm satisfied with my many purchases from Jerry's Artarama. Being in the same state as me is a plus as well. As I'd rather shop as locally as possible. There are no art material suppliers in my Area. However, there is a Jerry's store an hours drive from where I live now. "
