Customer Service number went unanswered for more than half an hour. Finally reached customer service through chat. Representative "offered" refund for 2 frames that were never shipped. No attempt to make good on failed order or to expedite substitutes for 2 unshipped frames."

"If you buy Ecoline Watercolor from Jerry’s Artarama online beware. This is how mine arrived. Broken, leaking, shards of glass everywhere. I waited on hold for over an hour with customer service only for them to say they need me to send it back— broken, leaking and all— before they consider a refund or replacement. The postal service had to put it in one of their large parcel boxes to leave it on my step. The box it came in had no stickers on it to indicate it was glass or fragile. So of course it broke! I did send multiple pictures of it to them. Today is day 2: no response to at all."
