"I ordered a CDRW, and yes, the shipping was exorbitant, but the price was still ok. When I received the unit in a couple of weeks, it rattled, appeared to be used, was a different item than I ordered, and was inoperative. I returned it for credit, and on inquiring was told that my credit card had already been credited, so I ordered from another vendor. Four months later, still no credit, and I received the item that I had originally ordered. Made me mad - I had to rewrite my e-mail three times.
After returning it, I was again told that credit had already been issued. Still no credit after six months, and I find that my credit card company will not process a chargeback after 30 days. Buyer beware..."
