"Placed an order and it didn’t go through but the amount was taken from my account. Called and was told it was a hold charge then they offered to add an additional transaction after they created my account. I told them I’d rather just wait for my funds to be returned if they aren’t going to use the funds they took for the order.

Called again 3 business days later and was told I’d have to wait another day or two because they have no record of charging me. Was told I must’ve made an error when submitting the transaction..

This isn’t very streamline and also upsetting that I have to wait even longer now for two scores and my students are on a time crunch for the holidays…"

"I purchased two pieces of sheet music and paid the full amount. They charged me, then later refunded me, then recharged me again a different amount. I called and was uncomfortable with the different charges without even a heads up. Apparently they charge when they ship and just keep your information on file. Seriously?!? No delete my credit card creeps. I cancelled sheet music that hadn’t shipped and ordered it from Amazon. That left a $2.17 negative balance. They then started emailing me about and sending letters about the $2. No matter how many times I asked them to stop they wouldn’t. I didn’t care about the $2- honestly keep it! I demanded they delete my information and now they are saying they keep people’s information for “history’s sake” like literally who says that?!?

"JW Pepper offers a wide selection of most genre's at great prices, and they give you a choice of printed manuscripts through Snail mail, or for download if you must have them immediately. Not wanting to print sheet music on my sketchy printer, I opted to have physical copies of the manuscripts snail mailed.

Although this outfit may take a week or so to fill your order for delivery, be patient. Some of the complaints against this outfit are unfounded in my opinion.

About a week after my order, all my AutoHarp music selections arrived neatly packaged. Although the mail lady left the parcel outside my door in the rain, water didn't enter or damage anything inside. The manuscripts were nicely mounted in spiral bound folders, which I like better then booklets, where you need to pin pages down to keep the book open.

"I ordered an item on Aug 23. Paid $8 for the item and additional $15 for 2-day shipping. The order wasn't even processed until Aug 25. Emails advised item would arrive Aug 27 (two days late even then, by my calculation). Item did not arrive until Aug 29. Two-day shipping premium for six-day delivery!

Four days ago I asked (at both satisfaction@ and orders@) to return the item. Zero response.
