They also run good sales and promotions. My favorite thing about them is the customer service. I received a laptop once that I ended up not liking due to usability issues. I had scratched the bottom cover of the laptop by mistake, but J&R were not only nice enough to accept the return they also waived any restocking fee! I was very grateful for that!
