"Order 39039184 - very disappointed in this Royal CX80. Plastic basket warps, from handling, doesn't always fit well back into opening. Shredding makes a huge mess, trying to empty the warped basket. The worst cross-cut shredder, I have owned, more like a strip cut. Noisy. Heats up real fast. Not a true 8-sheet allowed for shredding, more like 3-sheets, before it heats up, then a full 10 minutes, before use again. Very disappointed in Royal, but possibly J&R should examine, the items for resale. Not Happy."

"I ordered my printer on Sunday and received it on Tuesday. The product was as described "brand new in box never opened". I am not computer savvy but the instructions were as easy to follow as the write-up explained and I had no problem hooking it up. I searched many sites and found J&R Music and Computer World to have the best price with no shipping cost and would certainly use them again. "

"I bought two refurbished Denon AVR-1612 receivers and both became non-functional after the 30 day return period. I called J&R and was told I had to deal with Denon for support which means having to send two 30 lb receivers at my expense to some far-off repair center. I will never buy another item like that from J&R and probably won't ever buy anything from them. Customer service on this item was terrible and they should have stood by this product they sold longer than the 30 days. "
