"I've been waiting for my dress for over 2 months now and it's still not arrived. They've sent 3 now and all 3 have mysteriously disappeared but been marked as "delivered". When they look into it, the courier clarifies and says it wasn't actually delivered and that it's on its way back to the warehouse. ALL 3 TIMES. I'm now at my wit's end and have requested a refund as I don't have time for this anymore, but JJs have only offered to resend a 4TH DRESS. I just want my money back and I'm completely shocked at the appalling service I've received. If anyone can help it'd be much appreciated. Thank you. "
