"I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I have ordered various other shields from them and they were always great fitting so I did not hesitate to order 2 iPod touch Full Body shields however when received, the back pieces did not fit properly so I sent it all back. Because I did not mention at the time that the front pieces were missing (which I would have if the back had fit properly), they are now refusing to refund me.

Here is the email I just sent them as well as their last response to what I sent before.

So because I only got as far as fitting the back of the unit with the shield and never bothered going any further with it because it was so ill fitting, you are now calling me a liar basically.

For the last time, I sent all the pieces back that you sent to us. Neither one had a front cover. Since I was sending them both back because of them not fitting properly, I did not feel that mentioning that the front pieces were missing was relevant.

You are saying that because the iPod Touch Full Body is "such a newly offered shield" that that reduces the likelihood that the shields were sent without front pieces? A flawed argument at best not to mention totally nonsensical.

Then, you go on to mention that usually you send out missing pieces to make up for missing ones. That is all fine however per my original complaint, the shield does not fit properly so we do not want it.

I have no problem purchasing front-only shields from you but we do not want the back pieces so we want a refund and then perhaps purchase the front pieces however the likelihood of this is now in question because the serious lack of even a marginal amount of customer service has now made me extremely angry at Zagg. I regularly purchase consumer electronics devices including digital cameras, iPods, PDA devices, etc and always buy InvisibleShield for them however the likelihood of this is now also in question because of the way that this has been dealt with.

I will be contacting Visa this afternoon and reporting this as fraud so that I can get a charge-back through them because you have now stolen my money.

I am told that the only reason why a Full Body set would ever be broken up into pieces is if a customer were to request a replacement just for those pieces. The specific individual cutting of separate pieces of a Full Body is a very uncommon occurrence and likely has not happened for a Touch Full Body as it is such a newly offered shield. Even when this does occur, the replacement pieces go directly to the person requesting the replacement and are not held on to for future use if not needed immediately. A concern that I would like to bring up is since you had a chance to speak with a representative before returning your invisibleSHIELDs for a refund, why did you not mention that your packages were incomplete?

Again, I apologize if this is an inconvenience, but my original offer for refunding to the total amount of what you have returned, still stands. Please also look for the front pieces as they may have been overlooked.

"I placed an order with this company on September 19th. Standard shipping was free but I paid over $5 extra to upgrade my shipment to Priority Mail. The website claims that most orders are filled and shipped within 24 hours. Since Priority Mail is estimated to take two days, I was expecting to receive my order within three days. The order did not even ship until a week after I placed it. In the meantime, I ordered a similar product from BestSkinsEver that took less than a week to arrive. I returned the order from Invisible Shield and was not reimbursed for any shipping charges or even received an apology. "

"I ordered from Shieldzone a week or so ago after hearing such rave reviews. The thing that disappointed me was that they managed to ship out my order without a shipping confirmation email. Since I believed that my order has a problem, I decided to go with their rival website instead. unbeknownest to me, Shieldzone suddenly shipped my order just several days later.

I still recommend them (or Best Skins Ever, since they're practically the same), for the best protection on your digital life. Can't get any better than this.

"I placed two orders for LCD screen protectors for my Canon 1DIIn and 5D about two weeks ahead of the event I had to shoot in very dusty condition.
I used to deal with this company and it took about 2 or 3 days from the day of placing the order and the delivery.
After been waiting for a week or so I emailed them and they said they couldn’t handle so many orders at a time so my order had been delayed for a week or so.
They wouldn’t even bother to notify me about this delay. They prefer to ignore their customers quietly …

"There was a problem with my shield. One lady said I would need to take pictures of the problerm and send it to her. Another rep just said I'll send a new one, and you can send the defective parts back. So, mixed customer service"

" I have had a very pleasant experience with this company. The product is of superb quality. I am not very good applying screen type protectors so I decided to send it in for them to apply it. I wanted to have it perfectly set. Shipping takes forever but that isn't their fault. I shipped it ups ground to them and back as it must be insured. I specifically ordered the full body Creative Zen Vision:M 60gb protector which looks beautiful and works like a dream, as well as applesauce polish and glaze to remove scratches and it was fantastic. Worked like a charm. Great retailer and great customer service. Now here goes hoping my player ships back safely."

"I placed my order on 12-21-2006 and my credit card was charged the same day. It is now 01-09-2007 and I have yet to receive a response from E-mail or voice mail. I am writing this note while I am holding to talk to a human. After 15 minutes, I get bounced to voice mail. I am very unhappy and I expect this company to go under soon.

I got a response to E-mail/voicemail after 4 days and I finally received my order on the 17th nearly one month after placing the order.

"Ordered the Zen Vision M front shield on the 5th with the free shipping (7-8 days) and it got here on the 10th. I almost missed the free shipping option because I thought after you fill out your information and go to the next page it would have the option there. That page only listed the options that weren't free. On the page before that where you fill out your address and stuff you click the dropdown that says UPS Compare Rates and change that to USPS Free Shipping. They should probably change that to make it more obvious but besides that everything was great. It even came with a little squeegee thing to get the bubbles out, along with the spray bottle of application solution stuff that it said it came with. Oh and it came with 40% off my next purchase there."

"ordered the invisibleshield for macbook pro full body on the 15th, and it arrived on the 19th. did the key and screw test and the shield works like a charm. aligning the shield in the right place takes good hand-eye coordination and lots of patience. the shield may be pricey but think of the not having to deal with the frustration when you find a scratch on your expensive laptop."

"The product seems to be a great product however the company's customer service is horribly lacking. Specifically, it took them over 2 days to reply to my email inquiry and on another occiasion when I tried phoning them, I experienced an unaccetably long hold time. Very bad!

They really need to get better at their response time with answering emails.
