"I ordered two custom skins on 11/30. Of what they sent me, one was correct and one was not. Since that time I've been contacting customer service. It takes them 2-3 business days to respond to emails, even when you are just replying back to them. Even when I call them, the person answer the phone has no power and you are forced to wait another 1-2 days for a response (not conversation) from a manager. They offered me a $25 gift card on the 10th and I responded that day. Since then I've been getting the run-around. It has been 10 days since I first contacted them and 17 since my order and nothing has been fixed. I have had multiple phone calls and emails and still no word on the gift card I was offered 6 days ago. This is the slowest customers service I have ever seen. "

"Placed an order with a $50 gift card and the rest in credit card to pay for $55.16 back on August 16th. Today is September 16th and I saw that I was charged $55.16 on my account by these guys AGAIN--this time with no gift card reflected. Had I not checked my account I would have missed them charging me twice. "

"I've had good experience with Zagg. My only gripe is the pricing. I only purchase when they offer 50% off their products. I've used the lifetime warranty once and the process was a breeze. You do have to pay for shipping which is a bit expensive (should be half the cost). Since there are more competitors that offer the same price (or lower) with 2 skins instead of 1, I will be more likely to purchase from them than Zagg unless I see another 50% sale again. "

"I have been a loyal Zagg customer. However, when I tried to make a warranty claim with Zagg over a brand new iPhone full body invisible shield, I was treated poorly by a Zagg employee and then discovered that Zagg apparently discourages warranty claims by making them costly and time consuming. Because of this action by Zagg, I will be buying from Zagg's competitors in the future. The iPhone invisible shield that I had purchased was defective because it was not perforated properly (and tore when being removed from the holder it was in) and because the holes cut in the product were not properly aligned. Zagg must be doing fairly well if they can treat customers like they treated me, but they won't have my business in the future. Although I have a number of very good Zagg products, beware of buying anything for an iPhone from them. This is the second invisible shield that I have bought for the iPhone and neither worked properly."

"after reading some very alarming reviews i was somewhat skeptical. i ordered anyway as i really needed protection for my garmin 885t which will be knocked around in my work van.ordered on 2/23/09 and i already have it 2/25/09 . wil not get gps til tomorrow so have not used shieldzone yet. so far very happy. hope they can continue to make the rest of the customers happy. i forgot to mention that they sent tracking info. also."

"Wow, I see a lot of dissatisfied customers from Zagg. That was not my experience at all. I purchased the shield for my new a700 for $11.95 and I went with free shipping, so I did not expect the shield to come in when it did. I received it on February 13th. It was very easy to install and really seems to be an excellent product. I did call Zagg a few days ago because I couldn't track my shipment, this is an area they need to work on. But I am overall very satisfied and would buy from them in the future."

"So far, I'm not impressed with ZAGG.

- Communication of status of shipment lacking
- Waited 20 minutes on the phone before I was able to speak with a representative
- Was told that it takes 2-3 business days to get it shipped once the order was approved by credit card (tack on a day or so for cc approval). That means it could take over a week to ship from the time you submit the online order.
- Told that I can't cancel order once it is on the dock waiting for shipping even though it hasn't shipped and late
- I paid $14.99 for 2 day air. Not much use when they fail to tell you it could take a week before they prepare the package for shipment.

I've seen other companies with much bigger product size and lines (eg: Dell, B&H, Monoprice) ship faster and with more communication than ZAGG.

"This is the worst experience i ever had with online shopping. I ordered for 51$ of invisishield for an iphone, canon eos camera and gps. The order was made on july 30 2008 and after 9 buisness days (the normal delivery time they said on website...) i sent them an e-mail to have an update of my order. The replied one day after with a big paragraph of customer service bulls**. They said "Your order was received on Wed Jul 30 2008 and was shipped on Aug 13 2008 due to the high volume of orders..." I can understand that they just forgot my order but didn't forget to charge my credit card. Nobody can tell that it can take 10 buisness days to put 3 items in a box with a sticker and ship it... I selected the USPS shipping method to accelerate the process but as i can see all the items that i wanted to protect will have scratches before i receive it. I didn't receive anything to date. They should send an email just to say that the item is backordered on any other reason they want to give to you like a normal company that doesn't laugh at you. The frustration is at maximum and i must say that it was the first ans the last time i order their stuff. They want you money and they don't give a fu** about you... I hope that nobody receive the same service that i received."

"I recently bought a LG DARE for my wife, since the screen scratches easily, I decided to spend 11 buck on this protector. The protector applies on easily, so far the product worked good, but the shipping wasn't fast like other merchants that I bought before.

"While I would not disagree that the scripts holding up the website could use some fine tuning (I had some trouble registering [The registration page lacked validation error messages as it turned out], It was very reassuring to see how promptly the matter was investigated and resolved I was on my way.

Placed the order and It was delivered.

After some serious issues with installation, I mailed zagg about the trouble I had encountered and they promptly replied to me stating that they will do the necessary, considering my case, and they shipped me a new one with UPS next day air delivery!

Now that's what I call taking care of customers! Satisfaction Guaranteed!

"My experience with ZAGG/ShieldZone is one of the worst I have ever had with an online company. I ordered an Invisibleshield on Jan 14th, 2007. A few days later, I tried to get my order history and it reported that I had no recent orders. I sent them an email, which was replied to fairly promptly (about 1 day). The person (Elian R) told me that "something" had gone wrong with my order and even though they had my money, they hadn't created an order for me.

Thats helpful. They asked for all my information again (which was, of course, available on the PayPal payment as well as the account I registered at their site), but I sent it again anyways. A few days later, I get another email telling me that I have a new order, it will be shipped out soon, etc...

A few days later, I try the new "order number". To my surprise, this one doesn't work either. I send them an email, but before someone responds, I get a separate email saying SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY NEW ORDER. This is shocking, because I didn't make the order - the customer service person MANUALLY CREATED IT. They offered me a "25% off coupon for my next order" and said I would be refunded.

Of course, I wasn't. I had no money, no order and THE COUPON DOESN'T EVEN WORK (they sent me another email with a "corrected" coupon, give me a break, why would I order again?)

So, here we are, 2 weeks later and I haven't heard a word in over a week. I filed a paypal dispute on the 22nd, and they didn't even bother to respond to that. In a few days, it will be decided in my favor and they will lose my money - but they've already lost a customer for life. I bought a BestSkinEver instead.

"I had previously purchased from this seller twice in 2006. Both times I got a great product, reasonable delivery time and good customer service. Then on 10/30/07 I placed my most recent order, choosing free delivery. A few days later 'order status' on their website stated that orders w/free shipping could take 2 weeks from shipping date for delivery. Wow!! Order not rec'd by 11/16 so I attempted to call. After a long holding period on phone, I gave up and emailed. Two days later their reply asked for address verification and they would ship another which I should receive in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks still nothing. Patience has gone and frustration level is now high. I emailed 12/8, furnishing address verification again as I felt their follow-up email would surely ask again. This appears to be their 'polite' way of stalling. After 2 more emails from them (2 days apart) asking me to confirm first that the order hadn't arrived then next another address confirmation, I am in process of reversing payment thru my credit card issuer. More than six weeks later I continue to wait. UPDATE: Order arrived via USPS on 12/18"

"It took over 2 weeks for the product to ship out. I ordered it on the 27th of November and finally received it on the 10th of December. I upgraded the shipping as well to prioritize it. I wasted 7$ to have this ship to me the same time as if I would have used free shipping. That would have been fine if I have received the product correctly. I open up the manila envelope to find out the box is all torn up, the protectors were strewn about, and the bottle of spray solution was opened and soaked everything. So I still try to put the coverings on, I set one down and use their little "squeegee" they gave me, and it ripped the plastic. I wasn't using force at all. Just the amount of pressure it said to take out the remaining air bubbles and water. I have emailed them for a refund of the product but they have yet to email me back."

"I had ordered a shield for my MacBook Pro from this company on Oct. 12. They did not ship the product until Nov. 6. Incidentally, I had filed a dispute with PayPal about 2 days earlier so that must have motivated them. Before filing the dispute, I had sent an e-mail inquiry about my order status. It took them 3 days to send back a vaguely worded response that didn't actually give a confirmation as to whether or not the product had actually shipped. The shield finally arrived in good condition, but based on this experience I won't be ordering from this company again."
