"I ordered two ink jet cartridges from Ink Farm. They were less than half the price of Walmart. The black cartridge was not reading correctly so Lindsy immediately sent me another Black Cartridge. This one worked perfectly. These were the first cartridges I have had in years that were completely full. I have purchased them from Lexmark that were just a little over half full. On my original order, they waived shipping and gave an extra 10% off. When I returned the old black cartridge, they gave me a prepaid label so the entire cost was for just the cartridges. There were no questions or statements asking me if I did something to the cartridge. They just immediately shipped a new one. They are the only company I will conduct business with in the future. "

"This is the 3rd time I ordered from Inkfarm. I used to have a Lexmark Z32, but then it finally died on me after more than 8 yrs service. I bought an Epson C60, from a thrift store, but was disappointed that they had removed the ink cartridges. I contacted Inkfarm and got the replacement black and color ink cartridges within a couple days. They were almost half the price of the Lexmark cartridges. The printer accepted the black but for some reason wouldn't recognize the color. I contacted them and Lindsy sent me a new color ink cartridge, which the printer accepted. The color worked right away, but then the black wouldn't print, probably because it sat too long with no cartridges in it. After I run the clean nozzle several times, it worked great. When I had the problem with the printer not accepting the color ink cartridge, Lindsy e-mailed me that she was sending me a new color cartridge immediately and received it in a couple days. Both cartridges work now. Super great product and customer service. I will continue to order from Inkfarm."
