"Ordered 3 ruger sr9 mags on 1/8/13. Website listed items were in stock but also warned of delays. Emailed customer service 3 times, called several times but could not get through, left message and still no response. Finally got through to customer service today and he told me they were expecting shipment from supplier soon and that item would ship in 1 or 2 weeks. I asked him why the website said it is listed as being in stock and ready to ship. Rep said it is in stock with their supplier and that they were waiting for supplier to ship out items to them. Frankly i don't see the difference in what they were telling me and the fact that the item is out of stock. Rep simply said they were backed up, offered no apology. I would not be writing this review if they would have simply responded and notified me of the situation but the rep talked like it was normal for me to wait over a month for my order to ship out. First and most likely last time i will do business with them."
"Before you place your order with Impact Guns READ THIS. I placed and Order with Impact Guns on 12/18/2012. They were happy to take the money, but I have been e-mailing and calling repeatedly and no response. They took the money but I can't get them to respond on shipping or to even talk with a live person and it is now 01/18/2013."

"I ordered a trijicon ACOG from impactguns.com on 9/25/12 order number 69472. I received the scope on 10/01/12 but after a quick inspection I found a problem relating to the optical clarity of the scope. There was either some foreign matter stuck to one of the lens in the scope or a defect in one of the lens or the coating on the lens. When I called impactguns.com to inform them of the problem I was told that I needed to contact Trijicon. I guess you don't get much customer service for a thousand dollars at impactguns.com. Wish I had checked this site and seen the reviews here prior to my purchase."

"After ordering 2 polymer new magazines:
-I recieved 1 steel used scratched and dirty magazine.
-Customer service said the second one was not in stock and it'll be sent with aditional handling costs in another shipment. Although that was not what is on the reciept.
-About the steel mag they said "this is what we have". A used one also. No polymer available for that type.
No apology from customer service but rudness and insulting attitude."
"This dealer has limited if any creditability! I placed an order for a NEW revolver on 2-11-12.The order receipt said that the gun would ship on or before 2-20-12. On 2-17-12 my inquiry as to the status of the order resulted in a question as to their ability to ship this gun to NY state because it did not come with a spent shell casing. I was directed to check with my FFL as to his ability to get this done. Long story short, we here in NY are aware of the laws for gun transfer, so they were directed to ship it. On the 20th. I was told that this still was not done, and again asked to check with my FFL. They finally shipped the gun, it came in a taped up manufacturers box. When opened at the dealer, we noticed that the grips were damaged, rendering this gun useless. I contacted this dealer again only to be told to call the manufacturer. You DO NOT get to speak with anyone with authority at Impact. They do not respond to e-mails, nor do they care to make things right. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
I was left out in the cold to deal with the manufacturer on my own, and even that has been a challenge. I have owned this gun for over a month, and have yet to send a round downrange."
"ordered a Taurus PT22 pistol thru Impact gun with life time warranty . the gun jammed every 2 to 3 shots, the slide impacted on the barrel and caused displaced metal. after a few hundred rounds, same results IMPACT Gun refused to even send it back to the manufacturer because they said "that's a Taurus for you and that is how hey are". The Taurus also offers life time warranty also but to send it on your own (you have to overnight it), it would cost me about $69. Impact refused to help out even afterI offer to pay for the shipping (lower cost if send thru FFL). I will never do business with them again. I recommend that people find another dealer or FFL. Impact Gun will be more than happy to take your order and your money, but when you need help, don't expect much from them. save yourself some headache down the line."

"Bought a real cheap 12ga from them a while ago, had an issue with the order, called, canceled and reordered. They were really helpful on the phone. Gun came pretty quickly but it had brown/rusty substance on the top rail. Didn't make a big deal of it because it was a bargain and it came off with some elbow grease."

Alex was very responsive and Impact Guns delivered when they promised. The gun was in great shape and as described. I'm pleased and will happily order from them again.
