"This is the first time I have used imemories. So as a trial I had them digitize 2 DVDs and 2 VHS tapes. These are tapes from 25-30 years ago of my family that I would have hated to have lost. They were able to get all the videos and provide a very good quality end product. I'm glad to have found this service and found their mailing system very convenient. They are extremely professional, courteous, and informative when I have called multiple times with questions. "My original order had a DVD that had static across the bottom of the entire video and no sound. I emailed back and got the ok to mail back to see if they can correct the problem. The problem was corrected and the files were uploaded for me to view, it was much better and it had sound. I received the original video back in the mail instead of the corrected one. I am now waiting for the corrected DVD to arrive."
