"I purchased the ASURE ID Solo software and found out afterwards the basic system do not include being able to put the first and last name on the same line. You would think this is a standard option. Investigate your product before purchasing. They will not refund your money if you purchase the wrong product and want to upgrade to a different one. ID Security do not provide technical services. You will have to contact the system manufacturer. "
