"I too did not receive a shipping confirmation. When I called 8 days after my order had been placed, and the funds withdrawn from my bank. I also spoke to John... he was helpful in looking up my invoice, and tracking number. Turns out fed ex left it at my door 5 minutes before and he could see that by the tracking... Thanks for the info John. I was worried after reading the reviews here.

"CAUTION DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.IT"S A SCAM! I ordered two plumbing parts from these people and was told they add six instock. I call them every other day and they tell me it will be shipped tomorrow. Well tomorrow never comes. I wish I would have read this forum before I made my purchase.This business is a scam!"

"Submitted order by internet on Nov 21. Received an initial email confirmation but then nothing - no estimated delivery date, no response to my inquiry to customer service, and yet my credit card was charged. Update: On Dec 6 I finally got a shipment notice and the item arrived on Dec 8. The shipment email did have the following contact info for the vendor: John Miles - Internet Customer Service

Overall, while I did (finally) get what I ordered, the long silence (almost 2 weeks!) is unacceptable for internet business. I would not recommend this site to friends.

"I ordered some materials from this store on nov 22... I immediately got an order confirmation and my credit card was charged. That is the last I've heard from them. There is NO phone number posted and the only way to contact them is through email ("john") which they must never check because I've sent two with no reply. I now want to cancel my order after reading the reviews on this site. We'll see if it actually works or if they email me back. So far the customer service isn't bad... it's non-existent!!!

"Excellent prices but incompetent logistics. We ordered 20 chime buttons of which they claim to have 80 in stock. It takes them a full 6 business days to ship 5 out of 20. The other 15 are still AWOL. They have no phone # listed, the only way to reach them is via email, and "John" does not respond to emails instantly.

"I place my order on 5/9/08. The website said they had the parts in stock, I received an order confirmation immediately, and my credit card was charged the same day. After over 2 weeks without receiving my order (5/22/08), I followed up with an email to see when the item will ship. I received the following response:

Hello,

The Hose you ordered has been discontinued and is now sold out of stock. Your PayPal has been refunded and we are sorry for the delay.

Horrible customer service! Actually, the item is still listed as in-stock on their website. I will never buy anything from this company ever again, and would not recommend them to anyone. It seems they have done this before.

"I ordered 2 parts for my well on 4/22/08. The website said they had the parts in stock.I recieved an order conformation immediately. Ideal true value charged my credit card for my parts the same day. 5 days later I had not recieved my parts or heard from them. I sent John an e-mail asking about my parts. He responded 2 days later saying that thay had to order the parts from another warehouse and that they would be arrivng at ther location on 4/30, they would have to repackage the parts and would ship when ready. On 5/2 I recieved 1 of the parts. I tried to contact John on 5/5 to see when I would recieve the other part, and to my surprise none of the phone numbers listed on ther website were correct. I will never buy anything from this company ever again, and would not recommend them to anyone."

"I ordered wood pellets for a pellet stove from Ideal True Value Home Center through Underbid. Underbid sent me a confirmation that day. Ideal True Value Home Center didn't contact me but they did charge my credit card that same day. After not hearing from them for about a week I emailed them but go no response. A couple days later I found a 2nd email address for them so I emailed them again. Three days later they emailed that my order wood ship in 3 to 4 days. After 2 weeks I still had not received my order or heard anything new from Ideal True Value Home Center, so I called them. They said there was a mistake on the shipping quote and the pellets would cost twice as much to ship. I asked him why they never contacted me to let me know this and he said the store has been really busy. I asked for a refund, which they promptly gave me."
