"I ordered a single stick of RAM, and specifically chose USPS Priority mail, figuring that I would get it within a few days, since I'm in NY and IT Creations is in CA. Instead they shipped it Fed Ex Ground, which took over a week. When I complained, one of their chat people told me to contact a specific person and they would make it right. Well, by making it right, it was "too bad, that's how we shipped it."
Won't ever buy from them since I bought the same RAM from an eBay seller for $30 less and got it faster.

We are sorry your experience purchasing from IT Creations was not up to your expectation. As a first time customer, when a billing address differs from the delivery address, that’s a red flag. Most companies, but not all, will use a company credit card that is linked with the delivery address. While the change in address does not necessarily mean fraud is involved, experience and the dramatic uptick in fraudulent orders has changed the way we complete transactions.
If you felt uncomfortable providing the information, we do offer to ship to a billing address and have other payment methods available. We are a legitimate business and have been in operation for over eight years with a slew of five-star review from existing customers, as you pointed out. The “non-verified” reviews left from October 24, 2017 are the result of an email blast we sent out to 14,000 customers asking for their honest opinion of their experience when purchasing from IT Creations. A little over 100 responded. Non-verified reviews result when the customer doesn’t post their invoice number, or the correct invoice number. So, along with those “non-verified” reviews, there were also plenty of verified reviews from the same date range. These days just asking for a customer review is in some cases to much interaction with our company, so unless there’s a problem, like now, we try to keep it to a minimum.
In your case, the order was placed yesterday late in the afternoon around 3:30 and our customer service representative was unable to respond to your reply email sent at 6:40. While we often stay late, MaKenna had already left for the evening at 5:30 which is when many of our staff go home, excluding sales and technical personnel that are usually available around the clock.
That said, we will take your concerns to heart and modify our transaction process to ensure more compliance, and in the process hopefully make our customers more confident in the security of their transactions. By the way, thank you for changing your review on ResellerRatings. Positive customer reviews are very important to us. We strive for a five-star rating in everything we do, from the products we sell to the interaction with our sales staff, and the processing and delivery of our products. You are correct, our processing department made a mistake and shipped your memory module order via FedEx Ground instead of USPS, both of which are free options. By the time you contacted us about the problem 24-36 hours later, the item had already shipped, as we typically process and ship orders the same day. Accidents do happen, and we just wanted you to know the error was not done with malicious intent. Unfortunately, we were unable to reroute or choose a different method of delivery once the package left our warehouse. We’re glad you were able to find another vendor for your needs.
