"It would seem that a previous complaint, made by myself, was in error. To whit: This company provides good products for a competitive price, so I ordered a software package for download. However, I was very disappointed that the product download key would not be made available to me for at least 60 hours after ordering and paying for it, due to the fact that the order was placed after business hours on a Friday. When I complained to the company about the delay, I was informed a mere 20 minutes later that a full refund would be issued to my credit card.
My mistake was in not noticing the print on the website which does say products ordered outside business hours will be processed the next business day. I should have read more carefully before placing my order, since expedience was extremely important at the time.
Lesson learned. I have since purchased the product elsewhere, but I would not discourage others from dealing with this company henceforth.
