They accept no responsibility for their own website recommendation and refuse to refund the price even though I offered to apply the credit towards the purchase of the correct product. I do not recommend doing any business with them."

"I was looking to upgrade an old version my Simply Accounting to the newer Sage . The agent informed me of any and all risks, as well as the process to upgrade such an old version to the new one. They answered all my questions regarding the version of the software they carry (perpetual, one-time fee) and the differences between the one they have and the one offered via Sage directly.
The lady on the phone even went out of her way to send me a link to the free trial via email so I can test out upgrading my older files before actually buying the software as she did not want me to get stuck with something unusable which I really much appreciated!!!!! Buying online can be tricky but these folks are honest and will tell you like it is, they're not out to just make the sale... I suggest calling them up or e-mailing them and they will give you all the information you need on your situation. I am trying the trial now to upgrade my files and will likely purchase the full version soon. Thank you ITF:)"
"Except that they didn't tell me that to use the full versions, with the updates from the software company, I would have to buy the full package, along with updates. So, what I am stuck with is a file that can't be opened by the package they sold me, so I had to get the upgraded one from the real seller. And guess what......I didn't specifically ask if this would be an issue, so it is my fault and they won't refund the money.
