"Bought a 1TB hard drive from them, it was only $20 cheaper than elsewhere, but it is as much as the shipping when ordering elsewhere. The hard drive came wrapped in bubble wrap only, no usual plastic case, just an anti static bag with tape on it. I guess that should have triggered me, but I was in so much need for extra space that I didn't even do a visual inspection of the drive before adding it to my system.
The hard drive already contained data from a Linux RAID installation from the company MyBookWorld... How does something like this happen, I really have to use my imagination to come up with a good explanation for it. I can come up with several interesting ones, but I don't want to accuse the company of anything
How can you buy used / returned / (otherwise acquired) goods on your web page as being new? The deal was not good enough for this to justify shopping there again. I suggest to shop at the places that have a good reputation, not for a single order or feedback left by the company's own employees.
And of course no response when I ask them why"

"This has to be the worst customer service I've dealt with online. Phone number goes to voice mail during all hours of the day. The "live" chat feature goes into the ether, I'm not even sure it sends them an email message. Response to emails at ****@**** and ****@**** go unanswered.

I placed my order on 11/2/2007. A week later, the order is still in "processing." Delays in shipping are understandable, delays in processing happen and can even be understandable. But not the case when the company is "AWOL." At this point it is inexcusable. I will not be buying from them again."

"I ordered a 20" LCD monitor from them and it was defective from the day I got it. In order to return something you have to fill out a return request form on their website and they are supposed to send you the shipping information and response within 2-3 business days. I never got a response. Their return policy is 30-days--I kept calling them but they never answer their phones and their voicemail box is full. It has now been over the 30-day return period and the company has not made any effort to communicate with me--probably in order to make it more than 30 days so I can't return the product. "

"I purchased a quad core processor from ISquared and had an excellent shopping experience. The product was at a low price and the customer service was excellent. I called Isquared after what I thought was a fraudulent call from someone posing as my bank representative requiring my SSN and bank account info regarding my Isquared purchase. The person answering the phone for Isquared was friendly, helpful, and even stuck through a 3 way call with my bank to get everything sorted out. On top of that, he told me he would ship out my CPU on the same day, which he did. The only thing that could be improved was the packing material for shipping, however, the retail cpu boxes themselves are pretty well packed to avoid damage (might explain why the packing material was fairly light). After more than two months of emails to suretradersinc, with no answer, and iSquared inc., to which the payment had gone, with no answer, I finally called and got them (iSquared inc.) to send the correct MP3 player.

Now they won't answer my emails again and they still owe me 50 dollars.
