"Ordered a motherboard and a hardrive based on Pricewatch posted prices. The actual website was $5.00 higher on the Raptor hardrive. Ordered anyway with a notation to lower price to pricewatch listing. They accepted the order and processed it and then notified me that there had been a price increase. I understand price increases, but I don't understand not having the option of changing my mind based on there inablity to update there prices when they should! Only $5.00 but speaks volumes about a companys character, so no more of my orders will go there way! It's a shame since they are one of the closest resellers to my area!"

"I must say, I am extremely dissatisfied with isquared inc.'s service. I ordered a video card almost two months ago, and RMAed it at about the beginning of January, and I still haven't recieved my replacement. About three weeks after I RMAed the card, I got an email from the company saying they had to "send it out" to get "repaired or replaced". This, to be honest, didn't please me at all. The reason is, their website still listed the video card (Albatron ti4200p Turbo) still in stock. I saw this as just an attempt to hold on to my money ($183.50) even longer. I would not recommend Isquared Inc. to anyone, unless you expect to wait months at a time if you have problems with your product."
"Recently, I order several components from I-Squared (~$500) and one of the components (Video Card) had a loose component on it. When I tried to send the video board back to them they said, "since it is damaged I would have to deal with the vendor". From my point of view, this is where a reseller shines or sinks. Any reseller appears competent when all the products work just fine. It is when there is a problem that dictates whether a reseller is truely top of the line. In this case, I would have to give I-Squared a failing grade. In the future, I will not recommend them or use them."
"I ordered an Asus A7V8X motherboard and an Asus V8420 video card from I Squared Inc. I swear that they were packing up my order as it came in from the web! I got a "shipped" e-mail from them so quickly that I had to do a "double take" on it! The only way I could have gotten it any quicker would be to have had it shipped overnight delivery! Fantastic company! They have been added to my list of preferred resellers!"
