"I'm normally the type of person who prefers playing a guitar before purchasing it so this was a new experience for me. But, I had heard such good things about the store and Nash guitars that I just went for it.
There was an issue with the shipping method but the store called me to get approval which was impressive to me as most stores I've dealt with would only e-mail. When the guitar did ship, it arrived in a little over a week, was very well packed and perfectly set-up. There is nothing I need to do to it.
All in all, it was a very good shopping experience and I will definitely be a return customer. "
