I really enjoy the look, "top of the line" gear(Made in USA!) and nostalgic theme of their website. Everything is for the most part logically laid out and easy to find. All the information is there and sometimes even a video, no complaints here.
Shopping was easy and I appreciated the price breaks for any other accessories bundled with the main purchase. Humbucker acknowledged my order the following morning and emailed me all the details plus(why don't more online retailers do this?)a tracking number for my package. And I did keep track of it during its' journey here. The package arrived even a day early! My amp and the box it was shipped in was in perfect condition.
To this date I've purchased three new guitar amplifiers from Humbucker. Yes, I enjoy doing business with these guys and plan on purchasing more gear from them in the future."

"Excellent. I placed my order on Thursday. Had an order confirmation and tracking information by Friday. I had my pedalboard in my hand the next Thursday. The pedalboard is new, as described by Humbucker Music, in perfect condition when I received it. My only complaint is in regards to the handling and shipping preparations. When I received it, the box was very worn down in the corners. So much so that the pedalboard case was visible through the hole but not scratched thanks to the plastic around the case. "
