"purchased a leisure concepts Cover Mate III hydraulic hot tub cover lift... recived the lift in 4 days, WONDERFUL, went to assemble and install it and found the directions to be a bit cramp packed into one page and not easy to follow... That being said once assembled, upon installation to my tub found it wasnt working out so well. I called HotTubWarehouse and received great service from Braegor who put me in touch with Brianna from Leisure Concepts... Turned out I had the L Amrs reversed and the shock assbly backwards also.. END RESULT GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRODUCT... WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER TO BOTH HOTTUBWAREHOUSE.COM AND LEISURE CONCEPTS. THANK YOU BRAEGOR AND BRIANNA, YOU BOTH RESTORE MY FAITH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE"
