"Bought a bunch of spa chemicals at great prices! Had one bottle break during shipment and it wasn't due to the packaging, it was how it was handled by the shipping company. Emailed hot tub warehouse to let them know and they said no problem on a replacement. I asked if they wanted photo's for proof and they said no (I sent them anyways). The emailed back to say the replacement was on back order and would I mind a different brand and I said OK. I got back two bottles and not just the one the broke. Great customer service and would highly recommend to anyone.
