We never received the 9 listed on back order which should have been shipped at no charge as I paid the full shipping cost for all 12. We called repeatedly and left several messages which were never returned. I finally spoke to a live person 10-20-11 and he said he would have to call me back. I told him this company looked like a scam and he just laughed. I said as long as he took care of this, I would believe him. He never called back. I would recommend not using this company."

This is a follow up review to update the situation my first review commented on. HomeTechSolutions.com contacted me and were extremely helpful in getting to the bottom of the problem. It turns out there had been an issue with the email process which they dug into and resolved quickly. I salute them for going the extra mile to satisfy me the customer. Be advised they will also take good care of every customer they have. Truly professional to be sure. I highly recommend this company to any prospective customer. By the way I soon received my product in perfect condition and am totally pleased."
