"I had to laugh when I ordered my vanity from a company called HomeThangs.com but let me tell you the service I received from this company is nothing but stellar!!! Before I placed my order I called to ask a couple of questions and to ask if it was in stock (I needed the piece sooner than later.) They took the time to call the company and was told they did have 1 in stock. I ordered the vanity soon after we finished speaking. About an hour after I placed my order I got another call saying the warehouse had made a mistake and the vanity was not in stock but was on a ship heading to port. Arrival was estimated on Feb. 2. I was a little panicked because out of town company is arriving Feb 4 but I kept the order. Vanity arrived 1/25!!! When we unpacked the mirror although we had not noticed the damage to the box until after, the corners of the mirror we crushed. I emailed HomeThangs at 10 pm central time and had another email back from them within 15 minutes asking for pictures. Send them on the way and by mid-morning the next day I had an answer that we would be receiving a new mirror. Paul - do you ever sleep? The quality of the vanity, a 42" Bosconi AW130CMU1S Single Vanity was very good. The piece fits perfect into the bathroom we have. I must say the customer service is of the highest service I have seen in a long time. Questions and concerns are answered, honesty and making the customer happy is of top concern. "Finally I have my new bathroom vanity set installed, which I had ordered from Homethangs.com a few weeks ago. It looks absolutely gorgeous, everything arrived just in time for the Holidays, for all my guests to admire! :) I love the quality of the product, it was a James Martin bathroom vanity with a tall storage cabinet and a beautiful countertop. I also ordered a faucet and a mirror from them, which arrived separately, prior to the cabinet itself. My whole experience with Homethangs was very positive, love the customer service, they really helped me out in making up my mind, when I could not decide between the two, they also gave me an extra discount, so the whole set fits my budget. "The flatware arrived about 2 weeks after my order...I checked in with Home Thangs to see when I could expect delivery and they said that the company shipping my order would let them know the tracking number soon. I never got the tracking number but the package arrived. It would have been very helpful to know the information in advance as the total of the order was $564.00 and I would have been home that day. Another thing. The company 'Ricci' by Goyard is an Italian company that designs and manufactures the flatware, however, the stamp or origin on most of the pieces is Indonesia. In checking with a local store here, the sales person informed me that Ricci contracts with several countries in Asia such as Indonesia, Viet Nam, and China."

"Ordered a table from this company on 8/9/21. Received a call from the delivery company to schedule delivery and they would only give me a window of time from 8-6:30 pm to receive the item. I told them it was an empty building so I’d need a shorter window of time so I could be available to sign for delivery. They told me they would have the driver contact me an hour before delivery. No one ever contacted me then I get a call from the driver saying they were there. I told them I would head there but would be about 20-30 mins before arrival. Also called in to their dispatch team to confirm this. Got there and no delivery driver. Got an email at 3pm with a tracking link saying the delivery was attempted at 7:24 pm which hadn’t even occurred yet in the day and there would be a $94 charge for attempted delivery. Wanted me to reschedule the delivery and I told them if they can’t give me a shorter window, the same issue would happen again. Would not cancel my order or work with me to receive the item. Still haven’t received the item or a refund! "
