"I had to laugh when I ordered my vanity from a company called HomeThangs.com but let me tell you the service I received from this company is nothing but stellar!!! Before I placed my order I called to ask a couple of questions and to ask if it was in stock (I needed the piece sooner than later.) They took the time to call the company and was told they did have 1 in stock. I ordered the vanity soon after we finished speaking. About an hour after I placed my order I got another call saying the warehouse had made a mistake and the vanity was not in stock but was on a ship heading to port. Arrival was estimated on Feb. 2. I was a little panicked because out of town company is arriving Feb 4 but I kept the order. Vanity arrived 1/25!!! When we unpacked the mirror although we had not noticed the damage to the box until after, the corners of the mirror we crushed. I emailed HomeThangs at 10 pm central time and had another email back from them within 15 minutes asking for pictures. Send them on the way and by mid-morning the next day I had an answer that we would be receiving a new mirror. Paul - do you ever sleep? The quality of the vanity, a 42" Bosconi AW130CMU1S Single Vanity was very good. The piece fits perfect into the bathroom we have. I must say the customer service is of the highest service I have seen in a long time. Questions and concerns are answered, honesty and making the customer happy is of top concern. Thank you for all you did for us!"
"I contacted Homethangs to check stock on under cabinet light fixture/ plug mold units minutes before the listed closing time and left a message. Paul called me back within 5 minutes to answer my question after his business hours!
He explained the stock and shipping time frames perfectly and also gave additional info about the product I selected to ensure I had exactly what I needed!
If every business provided Paul's level of customer service, then there would be no negative reviews.
