"Charged my card $3300 the day I placed my order. Called them every week for 2 months because my order wasn't shipping. Finally after 2 months they said my order had been cancelled and if I didn't see a refund I should call my credit card company. Just like others I'm now forced to fight them via my CC company to get my money back. AVOID THEM. ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY WRITTEN BY EMPLOYEES/OWNERS OF THE SCAM OPERATION."

"Another website that promises the world and fails to deliver. Excuse after excuse and they never shipped my product. After 5 weeks, I asked for a refund and the customer service agent rudely said he sent me an email and then hung up on me. DO NOT buy from this website."

I curse the day when I decided to save a few bucks and order from this horrible company. If you're about to place the order with homeeverything.com, DON'T!
Yes, the prices may be attractive, but don't expect your order to be delivered within any reasonable time. I ordered 2 items on SEP 30th. I needed these items in order to finish an apartment I was renovating. They told me on the phone that they would ship these to me on Oct 11th. Fine.
Today is OCT 28th, my apartment is sitting vacant without a stove, and my schedule is completely jeopardized. I am losing money all over the place. I am still awating delivery, having been on the phone with the support people numerous times a day for several weeks. I've been given 100% assurances twice, which did not happen.
I am a property manager and a developer. I regularly order appliances. I will NEVER order from them again, and neither should ANYONE else, unless you can wait for your things for a month or two AFTER the date you expect to receive them.
Shame on you, homeeverything.

"UPDATE 11/7
We finally received our washer/dryer in perfect condition, so I am changing my review from one star to three stars. As Steven C had promised the item was indeed shipped on 11/3. We were very relieved when I got their confirmation email. Since we're in NYC, the delivery company (Mynor trucking) had scheduled an appointment to come in the morning of 11/4. They eventually showed up at 6pm. Luckily we had their phone number so were were not entirely in the dark. The two guys from Mynor trucking were helpful. They brought the machine up three flights of stairs into our apartment and installed it. It works fine so far. The last detail we need to work out with HE is the extended warranty, since there was no documentation with the machine.
So, it took exactly two months from date of order to delivery. HE did not keep its promise that the item was in stock and it would ship within 10 days, but it eventually shipped, we happily have it now, and it was a very good price. Reading terrible reviews of the company had made us quite anxious that the washer/dryer would never arrive. Would I order from HE in the future or recommend it? It depends. If you have time, want to save money and can wait a couple of months for your appliance to arrive, then it may not be a terrible choice. If you want your item in a timely manner, then definitely look elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I should have read these reviews before placing my order. We ordered a washer/dryer on 9/4. We were told it was on backorder and it would take 7-10 days. A month later om 10/4 I got a phone call that the item was finally in and it would ship within 7 days. They charged our credit card then.
It is now 10/27 and we are still waiting for our washer/dryer. I contacted their support center six days ago and was assured that it would ship the week of 10/24. Since I heard nothing I just gave them a call and was told that it will ship the week of 11/3. The reason? They did not have enough merchandise to fill their truck. UNBELIEVABLE.
I am thinking of taking the issue to the BBB.

UPDATE 11/2
Minutes after posting this review last week, we received phone calls from Steven C as well as an email in all caps asking to call them. The person supervising our order asked that we revise the review I had given to their company. He made some promises, but did not follow up by email. We are still in the dark about our order and waiting to have a confirmed shipping date.

"I would NOT buy from this company. I've ordered from them twice and both times every appliance is backordered for 6-8 weeks. I ordered the same products from somewhere else and had them delivered literally within days. I canceled the order and they still charged my card for over $2000! I finally got the money back after 3 weeks and going through the Better Business Bureau. Otherwise I couldn't get an email back from them or get anyone on the phone. ***But I did just get a call from them telling me to alter my comments on this site or they'd contact their lawyer. So it did. "

"Liars and thieves. Do not do business with this company. I ordered a cooktop on 9/26/11. When I spoke with the salesperson I was assured that it was in stock and would be shipped the next week. They charged my credit card that day! Well a few days later I went on-line and discovered that it would not be shipped until 10/16. That would not work for my remodeling shedule so I sent an e-mail canceling the order. They would not except an e-mail cancelation. So, I called and was told that it would absolutely be shipped on 10/10 and I would have it by the end of the week. Well on 10/12 I realized it had not been shipped and sent an e-mail to customer service and was assured that it would ship on 10/16 and then their office closed for FIVE days. Today I checked the status only to discover that it had not been shipped and they are again closed for FIVE days for a religious holiday. I am working with my credit card company to cancel the order. Be very very careful before doing business with this company. "

"I cant express the negative feelings about this company. I ordered my refrigerator on 8/3/11 and still have not received it(10/19/2011). They keep telling me one story after another. From it was damaged on shipping and had to order another one, to its in stock but will ship out next week until I call to verify then they say they still have not received it from the manufacturer. What a joke of a company. The worst part is that almost every time I have called their recording says they are taking a Jewish holdiay for three or four days and wont be open until next week. I am so ....kjfvijgisrbir....!!!!!! Do not ever buy anything from these people or you will regret it.

"Waited nearly 3 weeks and never heard any information on the shipping of my refrigerator. The order status was simply n/a. I called and the turds said it would definitely be shipping out Oct 4th (the following week). I naively accepted. When I hadn't heard any information on Oct. 10th, I called again. Well now they could have it out the following week. I promptly cancelled the order because from order to the "said" ship date would have been over 5 weeks and that's assuming they would have actually got it out then (doubtful).

I think this place is a joke, they're eager to charge my credit card $1400 as soon as I place the order but it has now been 5 weeks (11 days since cancelling the order)and I have not received credit. As many reviews as I've seen that have been in a similar situation, there's no telling how much interest they probably make off of holding other peoples' money. Oh, BTW, I will not be able to tell them about still having my $1400 dollars for 5 days because they're closing thursday and friday for the Sukkot holiday..? These people are worthless.

"Made my order June 8th, five weeks later received a broken refrigerator and a scratched microwave. 2 months later got the new fridge but over five months later I'm still living with the scratch. I was promised a new front panel by Jamie in August but now they will not return my emails or phone calls. If you buy from this company and something goes wrong, in my case everything went wrong, the inconvenience of fixing the problem will end up costing you more. Horrible customer service and I will be calling the BBB to see if they are able to intervene and help resolve this matter. Avoid this place."

"We ordered a refrigerator from HomeEverything in August. They show up at a good price, but I would strongly urge customers to avoid this company based on my experience with their shipping and their lack of customer support. We still have not seen our unit, and it is now late October. They show a 2 week (free) delivery time, but we never got a call from them after the first month. The second month we've called every week and they tell us the same story each time- "they will receive it next week and ship out shortly after". But when we call to check on status, each time we get a different person, who is always rude, does not offer explanations, apology, sympathy, or support of any kind. Or otherwise they are closed for the week for a holiday I've not ever been aware of.
Very easy for me to give these guys the lowest rating possible.

"Horrible store to buy from. Two months after purchasing an in-stock item, they still have not shipped it. They offer no explanation or apologies. Once they think they gave you a good deal on an item, they'll try to push shipping until you cancel the order.
Do not buy anything from them unless they overcharge you, in which case I'm sure they'll be more than happy to ship immediatly

"Lured by their rock-bottom price and free shipping and no tax, we ordered a grill in August and it never arrived despite multiple phone calls and tales of damaged items, trucks waiting to be filled, They charged our credit card immediately and here we are 2 months later with no grill. I was sending them another e-mail message today, and noticed a Facebook link on their home page. Oh, my. Every comment on their own FB page was from disgruntled customers like myself who were charged and then never received the item ordered. Do NOT do business with home everything.com. Listen to the old adage...if it sounds too good to be true, it is!"

"Ordered a stove 2 years ago without a problem. Ordered a dishwasher and microwave in late Aug. Told items were in stock and shipped in 5-7 days. After over a month of BS excuses I cancelled the order. Called again and requested credit the next week. Not a good experience."
