"It is been 3 weeks I have ordered my Microwave, I dont even know what is the status on that. Every time I call they tell me it will be 7-10 days. The customer service is pathetic. It sounded like they are doing a favor by sending the microwave.Will never buy again from this website."

"They never shipped when they said, then gave a bogus shipping date, and didn't ship for another week later. They agreed to give me a damage credit for the appliances I received, gave me the biggest run around ever, and never gave me my credit. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Save yourself a lot of aggravation - buy from someone else, even if you have to pay a little more.

" We were reluctant to order big ticket items online but Steven was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Our new appliances are due in this week and we are very excited. "SEE MY FINAL STATEMENT BELOW THIS REVIEW! IT'S IN ALL CAPS. Forget this part of the review, I just wanted everyone to see how strung along we were by these frauds from beginning to end.
Steven W. gave me a better deal with a higher quality product than I would have gotten placing the order myself on line. I'm so glad I called and talked to a person rather than just using the computer. Steven was friendly and knew the better deal for my needs. Making such a high end purchase as a new washer and dryer was so much easier with him. I feel confident about my purchase and he wound up saving me more money. I just wish all my customer experiences were like this one. Great job!

I must say that after scanning this site and reading the negative reviews, I was worried so I e-mailed Steve. He immediately called me back and promised to expedite my order by shipping it by the 11th. Then he said it would take about a week to arrive. I believe that anyone having any trouble with an order should without a doubt, call and ask for Steven W. He is EX 310. He really took his time to assure me that I'm in good hands with HE. He is the supervisor and his job is designed to make the customer happy. With that said, I plan on logging back in after the delivery to share the end factor with this site. I AM OUTRAGED AT THE OUTCOME OF THIS TRANSACTION. I NOW AM HAVING TO DEAL WITH MY BANK TO HAVE THIS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE! STARTED TRANSACTION 10/24 WHEN MY CARD WAS CHARGED, STILL NO WASHER & DRYER TODAY 11/17, AND I'LL NEVER GET ONE NOW. STEVEN WAS NICE BUT MISGUIDED IF HE THINKS THIS COMPANY IS GOING ANYWHERE BUT DOWN THE TUBES!
Update: 12/3/11 Just when you think it can't get ANY WORSE, they REBILLED MY CARD FOR A 3RD TIME, my bank didn't catch it and we were nearly overdrawn on our card. Luckily our bank removed the nearly two thousand dollars AGAIN off of our VISA. When will this nightmare end? They deserve to be shut down!

"So their scam goes something like this: you order and are charged immediately. No product will ship. You will call after 3-5 weeks and will be lied to ("item on backorder" or "will ship end of this week"). Then they *eventually* cancel your order and refund your money temporarily but then charge again and ask you to initiate a chargeback with your CC company. Meantime they collect interest on your high $$ purchase. This is fraud and the FTC knows it - do a search for their CEO's full name (can't list it here), "Albert _____ FTC", and you will see the $100k settlement. Search BBB and you will find an "F" rating. Actually, save your time and avoid this fake operation like the plague!"

"I am surprised with the negative reviews for Home Everything. I had an excellent experience. I live in Bermuda and needed to have my order delivered the next day otherwise it would have missed a container bringing down some furniture. Stephen C took care of everything and the shipping company received the items (which included a very large BBQ) on time. Obviously, I can't speak to the negative reviews, however I would certainly use Home Everything as my first stop for anything I need that is readily available in Bermuda (which is most everything!) "

It had been 2.5 weeks since my order and I received an email from HE telling me to expect my order to ship within the next week. I feel confident that it will, and I will get a tracking number soon. "The price was fabulous and delivery was expected around 4 weeks. After some delays in communication and store closures due to holidays I found half of my order was on back-order with no anticipated delivery date in sight. Here I am 6 1/2 weeks later still waiting for the half of my order that wasn't back-ordered to ship to me. Steven was great with customer service and trying to salvage the order. In the end I would say if your appliances aren't broken and you have time to wait while purchasing a new one this company would be great to deal with. If you are in a hurry I would recommend other options or check if they have your appliance IN STOCK first before ordering."

"Worst service ever! I cancelled my order today after waiting 2 1/2 months for the product. Terrible service, spent more time on hold than talking with a person. Their response to my concerns was "if you can find the product somewhere else you are welcome to cancel the order". No attempt was made to update the status of my order or to save a customer."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Ordered a washer and dryer and cancelled it because they kept saying it would ship within a week. Each week I called and they said the same thing...just one more week. 4 1/2 weeks later I canceled because I knew I would never receive it!!! Kept getting emails every day to order from them, although I never subscribed to them...the "unsubscribe" link does not work. I saw the positive reviews on google and went ahead and ordered from them. I'm pretty convinced that they make up their reviews about their company, because after further investigation on this company, EVERYONE has the same problem as I did!!!! Spend the extra money and get it from a REAL store that will actually deliver the product!"

"This place is a nightmare. Placed an order on 9/1, they said i would have the product in 3 weeks. I called after the 3 weeks and they said it was damaged while being put on the truck and they ordered another. I called in more 3 weeks and they said the exact same thing. Really? I call BS. Told me they reordered and it would be in in 3 more. As of 11/1 no refridgerator. I cancelled order today and went with a competitor. Will never use them again"
