"As others have stated, the information on the Hiipps website concerning refunds is inaccurate. They are based out of China, not California. I wanted to return one of the items that I'd purchased so I tried to call the CA phone number but it wasn't working. I then emailed them and to their credit, they replied right away. I was told that the shipping costs to send it back to China would cost more than I paid for the item and that they would give me a $5 refund and let me keep the item. After all was said and done, I ended up getting a $10 refund and am now stuck with a corset I don't need. The corsets are wonderfully made, but buyer beware that you won't be able to return anything for a full refund!

"I ordered a corset according to the size chart on their website. It was far too large for me and I suspect they sent me a size larger than I even ordered because the tag was cut, there was no size on the corset at all. I emailed their customer service twice requesting an exchange and I never received a reply. I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from them. Please don't purchase anything from this company. Their products ship from China anyway. "

"I ordered a belly wrap and chose a size according to their size chart. The item took a little over a month to arrive and was maybe 4 sizes too big. I read over the return instructions and maild the item back in its origional packaging along with my proof of purchase the following day. It was returned to me after two weeks with "return to sender" written on the package. So I did some research. And the address appears to belong to an attorneys office. Anyway I attempting to call the number on HIIPPs website and that number appears to be a fake. This item will be going in the garbage. And I just threw $40 dollars away. This is a SCAM. Lesson learned. "
"I ordered a gray bodice from Hiipps. The item description was gray. The photo was gray. The confirmation email said gray. I received a white one. Hiipps refused to send a gray one, trying to convince me that it was "sort of gray/white." It was white - all white. Then they said they didn't offer it in gray. I showed them the confirmation email. That made no difference. For a $21.00 bodice, they offered me a $5 refund telling me it was too much of a hassle and too expensive for me to return. DO NOT do business with this company unless you are prepared to potentially throw money away. Terribly disappointed. Buyer beware!"
