"I purchased from this site in 2018 with no problem. However, I recently placed another order in May 7, 2020 and as of July 18, 2020. I still have not received my item. I have attempted to contact the email on several occasions regarding my order, yet they only option offered is a 10% discount to place another order and say that the package is delayed because of COVID-19. First, I'm not going to place another order if I haven't received my first one. Secondly, if you had this extent of delays in shipping it should be posted on the website, as I would not have even placed an order. Thirdly, they appear to block negative reviews on their site as they never posted my 1/5 review that was submitted given not receiving my items. Fourth, not only have I not received my item, they are refusing to refund my money and saying it can not be returned. BE WARE!
